    Kelley Amadei

    Founder of SparkShift

    Kelley Amadei is passionate about building wise leaders. As the Founder of SparkShift, Kelley brings together over 17 years of experience working with leaders in all walks of life, deep meditation practice, and extensive research and practice in psychology and neuroscience. Thanks to her innovative approach and collaborative strategies, her work has become the ruler along which transformative coaching is measured. Kelley is specific, incisive, and results driven. She operates with a scalpel, not a hammer, uncovering the underlying problems that are holding an individual or organization back from reaching their truest potential.

     

    Prior to founding SparkShift, Kelley worked as both Head of People & Organizational Development and Global Head of Change Management at Heineken. In these roles, she was responsible for leading organizational change and executive and talent development across the world. Her previous clients include NBCU, Twitter, and MillerCoors.

    Liz Schulman

    Yoga Instructor

    Liz Schulman believes yoga is a living and evolving practice that empowers people to be the best that they can be in any given moment. Liz is co-owner of Living Yoga Studios in Cold Spring, New York and co-director of Living Yoga Teacher Training. She has been training yoga teachers since 2002.

     

    Liz believes strongly in the power of bringing spirituality into everyday life, and she strives to make yogic philosophy practical for her students. Her work is informed by her own education and training. Liz holds an M.A. in Stress Management and an M.A. in Health Education, both from Columbia University. She completed her 200 and 500-hour teacher trainings from Yoga Zone in NYC and Starseed in Montclair, NJ respectively. Since 1999, Liz has taught all over the tri-state area and she has previously served as the Director of Yoga at Monteverde at Old Stone Manor and The Yoga Co-op at The Garrison.

    Amanda Amadei

    Yoga Instructor and Retreat Director

    Amanda Amadei is continually inspired by the human capacity for transformation. She believes that increased compassion for your body and awareness of your being empower people to grow into their best selves and that a dedicated yoga practice creates the space and freedom to catalyze this growth.

     

    Amanda is a 200-hour registered vinyasa yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (200-RYT), a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, and a certified pre- and postnatal fitness instructor with Healthy Moms Fitness, Motherwell, and Prenatal Resist-a-Ball. She holds a BFA in Theatre from the University of Illinois and has trained extensively in dance and stage combat choreography.

    Erin Bell

    Massage Therapist

    Erin believes that every life is a unique design in the making. A Certified Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), Certified Yoga Instructor (Sivinanda Ashram), Licensed Massage Therapist (Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute), and Ayurveda-trained Esthetician, Erin uses massage therapy and essential oil solutions to unlock abundant energy, increased awareness, and greater resiliency. Her holistic practice is the perfect retreat add-on for men and women who are eager to improve their health. Participants may choose between chair massage or table massage, both of which can be scheduled during daily breaks or in place of yoga and meditation.

    Annie Samojedny

    CranioSacral Therapist, Physical Therapist, Energy Healer

    Annie's transformative sessions are centered in the human potential for healing. Life is movement, and when trauma happens, a body is out of rhythm, or bones become static, life stalls and the whole person suffers. Annie's talents have the potential to deepen your retreat experience by unlocking what you came to heal and to shift. Utilizing CranioSacral balancing, energy balancing, somatic release, lymphatic drainage, and visceral mobilization she will help bring your body and it's systems into harmony. These are light touch bodywork treatments and are scheduled sessions of one hour.
